The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
On rare occasions, a SES and/or Battery Light may be experienced due to any of the following DTCs: P0A7E, P1A26, or P1A5A. Any of these DTCs could be stored but typically, just one of these DTCs will be present. This may be the result of an ECM calibration concern.
If this concern is encountered, reprogram the ECM with the latest TIS2Web calibrations and evaluate the concern before replacing any parts. At this time, the latest engine diagnostic and engine operation calibrations are titled "Diagnostic enhancements for DTCs P0A7E, P1A26, and P1A5A." These calibrations, or any that follow, are designed to address this concern.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
