Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 VUE - FWD 🢒 Diagnostic Navigation 🢒 Vehicle Diagnostic Information 🢒 Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the drive motor generator power inverter module support. Refer to Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Support Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2158343 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler outlet pipe quick connect fitting (1) at the thermal bypass valve. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
  3. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe (2) from the thermal bypass valve.

    4. Object Number: 2158344 Size: SH
  4. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe bolt (1).
  5. Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2158344 Size: SH
  1. Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe (2) to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N·m (16 lb ft)

    3. Object Number: 2158343 Size: SH
  3. Install the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe (2) to the thermal bypass valve.
  4. Connect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler outlet pipe quick connect fitting (1) at the thermal bypass valve. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
  5. Install the drive motor generator power inverter module support. Refer to Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Support Replacement.
