J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the generator control module cooling system. Refer to Generator Control Module Cooling System Draining and Filling
2. Remove the drive motor power inverter module brace. Refer to Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Brace Replacement
3. Remove the left headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement



4. Using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers reposition the generator control module coolant outlet hose clamp (1).
5. Remove the generator control module coolant outlet hose (2) from the generator control module.



6. Using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers reposition the generator control module coolant outlet hose clamp (1).
7. Remove the generator control module coolant outlet hose (2) from the radiator surge tank air separator.
8. Remove the generator control module coolant outlet hose from the vehicle.

1. Install the generator control module coolant outlet hose to the vehicle.
2. Install the generator control module coolant outlet hose (2) to the radiator surge tank air separator.
3. Using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers reposition the generator control module coolant outlet hose clamp (1).



4. Install the generator control module coolant outlet hose (2) to the generator control module.
5. Using J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers reposition the generator control module coolant outlet hose clamp (1).
6. Install the left headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement
7. Install the drive motor power inverter module brace. Refer to Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Brace Replacement
8. Fill the generator control module cooling system. Refer to Generator Control Module Cooling System Draining and Filling
