Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the drive motor battery coolant cover. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Cover Replacement.
  2. Drain the drive motor battery coolant cooling system. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling.
  3. Reposition drive motor battery coolant cooler as necessary to gain access for hose and clamps. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Coolant Cooler Replacement.
