Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Upper Duct Replacement - Right Side for Suzuki XL-7 AWD 2009

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1284975 Size: SH
  1. Remove the Upper trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the RH air outlet duct screws from the instrument panel retainer.

    3. Object Number: 1284977 Size: SH
  3. Remove the RH air outlet duct from the instrument panel retainer.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1284977 Size: SH
  1. Inspect the seals, and replace if damaged, using Kent Industries adhesive backed foam tape P/N 46485 or equivalent.
  2. Install the RH air outlet duct to the instrument panel retainer.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1284975 Size: SH
  3. Install the RH air outlet duct screws to the instrument panel retainer.

    4. Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).

  4. Install the Upper trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Replacement.
