If the vehicle has this feature, the automatic dimming mirror automatically dims to the proper level to minimize glare at night from lights behind your vehicle.

AUTO/ On/Off: Press and hold the AUTO button located in the lower center of the mirror for four seconds to turn automatic dimming on. A light near this button will come on to indicate automatic dimming is on . Press the (Off) button located next to the AUTO button to turn automatic dimming off. The indicator light will turn off to indicate automatic dimming is off.

Cleaning the Mirror

When cleaning the mirror, use a paper towel or similar material dampened with glass cleaner. Do not spray glass cleaner directly on the mirror as that may cause the liquid cleaner to enter the mirror housing.
