Voltage at theft deterrent module is lower than the voltage being reported on the serial data line.
The ignition must be ON for this code to set.
Module battery voltage between low voltage limits 6-9 volts for a minimum of 2 seconds and serial data voltage is greater than normal low voltage 9 volts.
Security telltale ON.
Module battery voltage is greater than normal voltage low limit 9 volts.

⇒ | If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal replace the TDM. |
⇒ | If greater than specified value , test the ignition voltage circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuits test normal, replace the TDM. |
