Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the right rear corner garnish molding. Refer to Body Rear Corner Garnish Molding Replacement .
2. Remove the right center pillar lower garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement .
3. Lower the rear of the headliner as needed. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement .
4. Remove the IP compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
5. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .

Antenna Cable

Procedure

1. Disconnect all electrical/antenna connections.
2. When the original antenna is wrapped in the vehicle wiring harness perform the following steps:

•	Cut both ends off the original antenna cable.

•	Route the new antenna next to the vehicle wiring harness and secure with tie straps.
