Makes 🢒 Suzuki 🢒 2008 🢒 XL-7 FWD 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transaxle - AF33-5 🢒 Transmission Mount Bracket Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure
  1. Support the transaxle with a height adjustable transmission stand.
  2. Remove the left engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement - Left Side .
  3. Remove the left transaxle mount. Refer to Transmission Mount Replacement - Left Side .
  4. Lower the transaxle enough to access the mount bracket bolts.

    5. Object Number: 1825494 Size: SH
  5. Remove the transaxle mount to frame bolts (1).
  6. Remove the transaxle mount bracket (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1825494 Size: SH
  1. Position the transaxle mount bracket (2) to the transaxle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the transmission mount bracket bolts (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

  3. Install the left transaxle mount. Refer to Transmission Mount Replacement - Left Side .
  4. Install the left engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement - Left Side .
  5. Remove the transaxle stand.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
