Transmission Rear Mount Bracket Replacement AWD

1. Remove both catalytic converters. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side and Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side .
2. Remove the rear transaxle mount. Refer to Transmission Rear Mount Replacement .



3. Remove the transaxle mount bracket bolts (2, 4, 5).
4. Remove the transaxle mount bracket (3).

1. Position the transaxle mount bracket to the transaxle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the transaxle mount bracket bolts (4).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

3. Install the transaxle mount bracket bolts (2, 5).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 37 N·m (27 lb ft).

4. Install the rear transaxle mount. Refer to Transmission Rear Mount Replacement .
5. Install both catalytic converters. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side and Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side .

Transmission Rear Mount Bracket Replacement FWD

1. Remove both catalytic converters. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side and Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side.
2. Remove the rear transaxle mount. Refer to Transmission Rear Mount Replacement.



3. Remove the transaxle mount bracket bolts (1, 3).
4. Remove the transaxle mount bracket (2).

1. Position the transaxle mount bracket (2) to the transaxle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the transaxle mount bracket bolts (3).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

3. Install the transaxle mount bracket bolt (1).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 37 N·m (27 lb ft).

4. Install the rear transaxle mount. Refer to Transmission Rear Mount Replacement.
5. Install both catalytic converters. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side and Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side.
