Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the knee bolster assembly. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement .
2. Remove the instrument panel upper trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Replacement .
3. Remove the left console trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side .

Lower Instrument Panel Trim Panel Assembly Screw (Qty: 4)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connections.

Tip
The left lower trim panel, center lower trim panel, and the cluster trim bezel are removed as an assembly.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Tip
If replacing the center lower trim panel, transfer all necessary components.
