Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the hood overslam bumpers. Refer to Hood Bumper Replacement .
2. Remove the primary hood latch. Refer to Hood Primary Latch Replacement .
3. Remove the front headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)
