Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1646802 Size: SH
  1. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.
  3. Remove the recirculation actuator screws.
  4. Remove the recirculation actuator.

    5. Object Number: 1646783 Size: SH
  5. Remove the air inlet assembly screws.
  6. Remove the air inlet assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1646783 Size: SH
  1. Install the air inlet assembly.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the air inlet assembly screws.

    3. Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).


    Object Number: 1646802 Size: SH
  3. Install the recirculation actuator.
  4. Install the recirculation actuator screws.

    5. Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).

  5. Install the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator.
  6. Install the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
