Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.

    2. Object Number: 1963362 Size: SH

    Important: The LPG wiring harness is retained with cable ties.

  2. Remove the LPG wiring harness retainers (1) from inside the vehicle.

    3. Object Number: 1963363 Size: SH

    Important: The LPG wiring harness is retained with cable ties.

  3. Remove the LPG wiring harness retainers (1) from inside the vehicle.

    4. Object Number: 1963349 Size: SH
  4. Remove the LPG wiring harness earth cable (1) from the lower bolt (2) of the air conditioning compressor.

    5. Object Number: 1963347 Size: SH

    Important: The retaining connectors are located near the bottom of the radiator.

  5. Remove the LPG wiring harness retaining connectors (1) from inside the engine bay.

    6. Object Number: 1963346 Size: SH
  6. Remove the LPG fuses (3), relay (1) and diagnostic connector (2).

    7. Object Number: 1963348 Size: SH
  7. Remove the LPG wiring harness power cable (1) retaining nut (2).
  8. Remove the wiring harness from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the LPG wiring harness in the vehicle.

    2. Object Number: 1963348 Size: SH
  2. Install the LPG wiring harness power cable (1) to the power source.
  3. Install the LPG wiring harness power cable (1) retaining nut (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to xx  N·m (xx  lb  ft).

  4. Install the LPG fuses (3), relay (1) and diagnostic connector (2).

    5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Install the LPG wiring harness earth cable (1) to the lower bolt (2) on the air conditioning compressor.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 22 N·m (16 lb  ft).

  6. Install the LPG wiring harness electrical retaining connectors (1) to the inside of the engine bay.

    7. Object Number: 1963363 Size: SH

    Important: Cable tie the LPG wiring harness to the vehicle wiring harness.

  7. Install the LPG wiring harness retainers (1) to the inside of the vehicle.

    8. Object Number: 1963362 Size: SH

    Important: Cable tie the LPG wiring harness to the vehicle wiring harness.

  8. Install the LPG wiring harness retainers (1, 2) to inside the vehicle.
  9. Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
