  1. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
  2. Disconnect the RAP relay.
  3. Inspect the radio and the power windows for correct operation.

Do the radio and the power windows operate correctly?

Use a DMM to test the continuity between the RAP relay terminal A2 and terminal C1 (switch side).

Is continuity present?

Repair short to B+ in circuit 75.
