1. Open the driver's door.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
3. Attempt to turn on the radio.
4. Press any of the power window switches.
5. Attempt to operate the sunroof, if equipped.

The following do not operate:

Retained Accessory Power (RAP) On After Timeout

1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
2. Turn on the radio.
3. Lower the driver's window.
4. Open the sunroof, if equipped.

The following do operate:

Retained Accessory Power (RAP) Inoperative

1. Close all the vehicle doors.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.

The following remain operational for 10 minutes:

Retained Accessory Power (RAP) Inoperative

Within 10 minutes of Step 3, open the driver's door.

Retained Accessory Power (RAP) On After Timeout
