- Remove the CLAMP W PBSL Fuse.
- Remove the ignition key from the ignition switch.
- Use the DMM in order to measure the voltage between the input
of the CLAMP W PBSL Fuse and a known good ground.

- Locate a short to B+ in circuit A19.
- Repair the short to B+ in circuit A19.
- If this circuit is OK, replace the ignition switch. Refer to
Ignition Switch Replacement - On Vehicle
in Steering Wheel and Column On Vehicle Service.

- Locate a short to B+ in the key-in-ignition positive voltage circuit.
- Repair the short to B+ in the key-in-ignition positive voltage
