Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 441106  Size: SH
  1. Remove the upper console storage bin. Refer to Front Floor Console Compartment Replacement .
  2. Remove the housing for the console rear vent from the upper and lower console. Refer to Air Deflector Housing Replacement - Rear Console .
  3. Remove the parking brake boot (1).

  4. Object Number: 440962  Size: SH
  5. Remove the screw from the upper console.

  6. Object Number: 441108  Size: SH
  7. Remove the bolts from the upper console.
  8. Remove the upper console from the lower console.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 441108  Size: SH
  1. Install the upper console to the lower console.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the bolts to the upper console.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts until fully seated but not stripped.

  5. Install the screw to the upper console.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the screw until fully seated but not stripped.

  7. Install the parking brake boot (1).
  8. Install the housing for the console rear vent to the upper and lower console. Refer to Air Deflector Housing Replacement - Rear Console .
  9. Install the upper console storage bin. Refer to Front Floor Console Compartment Replacement .
