PCM Mounting Bracket Drilling Procedure
- Replace the Radiator Support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement in Collision Repair in the J Platform Service Manual.
- Measure and mark the Radiator Support. Refer to View 4 in Form and Pierce Holes Description . Verify all measurements before drilling.
- Drill the two holes (1, 2) to 13 mm (½ in).
- Vacuum all metal chips.
- Treat each hole with zinc-rich primer or the equivalent.
