Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement VIN Plant Code 6

1. Remove the front seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement .
2. Remove the cushion outer finish trim panel from the seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement .
3. Unfasten the cushion cover J-hook retainers from the cushion frame.
4. Unfasten the hook and loop retainers and separate the cover (1) from the pad (2).

1. Install the seat cover (1) to the pad (2) and regulate to a desired appearance. Fasten the hook and loop retainers and press until fully seated.
2. Fasten the cushion cover J-hook retainers to the cushion frame.
3. Install the cushion outer finish trim panel to the seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement .
4. Install the front seat into the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement .

Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement VIN Plant Code C, M

1. Remove the front bucket seat. Refer to Seat Replacement .
2. Remove the seat back recliner handle from the recliner mechanism. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement .
3. Remove the power seat switch bezel from the cushion cover, if equipped.



4. Unfasten the J-hook retainers from the sides of the seat cushion cover.



5. Unfasten the J-hook retainers for the cushion cover from the seat frame.



6. Route the rear seat cushion cover forward between the seat back and the cushion.



7. Unfasten the hook and loop strips which retain the cushion cover to the pad.
8. Remove the cushion cover from the pad.

1. Position the cushion cover to the pad.



2. Route the rear cushion cover rearward between the seat back and the pad.



3. Fasten the J-hook retainers for the cushion cover to the seat frame.



4. Fasten the J-hook retainers to the sides of the cushion cover.



5. Fasten the hook and loop strips which retain the cushion cover to the pad. Press the strips into place until fully seated.
6. Install the power seat switch bezel to the cushion cover, if equipped.
7. Install the seat back recliner handle to the recliner mechanism. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement .
8. Install the front bucket seat. Refer to Seat Replacement .
