Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 354232 Size: SH

    Important: Note the routing of the cable to make installation easier.

  1. Disconnect the fresh/recirc control cable (3) at the heater case (1).
  2. Remove the heater control unit (5). Refer to Control Assembly Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the fresh/recirc control cable at the heater control unit.
  4. Remove the fresh/recirc control cable from the instrument panel (IP).

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the fresh/recirc control cable (3) in the vehicle. Route the cable as previously noted.

    2. Object Number: 354232 Size: SH
  2. Connect the fresh/recirc control cable (3) to the heater control unit.
  3. Install the heater control unit (5). Refer to Control Assembly Replacement .
  4. Connect the fresh/recirc control cable to the blower case (4).
  5. Adjust the fresh/recirc control cable. Refer to Vent Control Cable Adjustment .
