- Disconnect the blower motor resistor connector.
- Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
- Place the heater-A/C control in the VENT position.
- Place the blower control in the OFF position.
- Use a test lamp to backprobe between the blower motor resistor
connector terminal D and ground.
Did the test lamp light?

- Place the ignition switch in the OFF position.
- Disconnect the heater-A/C control connector C 1.
- Inspect the CKT 60 (YEL) for a poor or an open connection or,
a short to ground between the blower motor resistor connector and the heater-A/C
control connector C 1.
