Did you perform the Wiper/Washer System Check?

Go to Wiper/Washer System Check

1. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
2. Disconnect the combination switch.
3. Connect a J 39200 digital multimeter (DMM) from combination switch connector cavity 7 to ground.
4. Measure the resistance.

Is the measured resistance more than the specified value?

1.0 ohms

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 4

Repair the open in the BLK wire between the combination switch and G202. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Wiper/Washer System Check

Replace the combination switch. Refer to Windshield Wiper and Washer Switch Replacement .
