Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 345838 Size: MH
  1. Remove the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
  2. Remove the following components from the instrument panel:
    3. 2.1. The 4 screws
    2.2. The defroster duct (1)
    2.3. The side window defroster ducts (2)
  3. Remove the 2 screws and the center vent duct (8) from the instrument panel.
  4. Remove the screw which secures the left vent louver.
  5. Unlock the 2 retaining tabs and remove the left vent louver from the instrument panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 345838 Size: MH
  1. Install the left vent louver to the instrument panel. Ensure that the retaining tabs are fully engaged.
  2. Install the screw which secures the left vent louver.
  3. Install the center vent duct (8) to the instrument panel. Secure the duct with the 2 screws.
  4. Install the defroster (1) and side window defroster ducts (2) to the instrument panel. Secure the ducts with the 4 screws.
  5. Install the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
