Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 345838 Size: MH
  1. Remove the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
  2. Remove the following components from the instrument panel:
    3. 2.1. The 4 screws
    2.2. The defroster duct (1)
    2.3. The side window defroster ducts (2)
  3. Remove the 2 screws and the center vent duct (8) from the instrument panel.
  4. Unlock the 2 retaining tabs and remove the right vent louver from the instrument panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 345838 Size: MH
  1. Install the right vent louver to the instrument panel. Ensure that the retaining tabs are fully engaged.
  2. Install the center vent duct (8) to the instrument panel. Secure the duct with the 2 screws.
  3. Install the defroster (1) and side window defroster ducts (2) to the instrument panel. Secure the ducts with the 4 screws.
  4. Install the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement .
