  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right front power window motor connector from cavity 2 to ground.
  2. Depress the right front window switch in the left front power window/door lock switch to the DOWN position.

Does the test lamp light?

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right front power window motor connector from cavity 1 to ground.
  2. Lift the right front window switch in the left front power window/door lock switch to the UP position.

Does the test lamp light?

  1. Disconnect the right front power window motor connector.
  2. Connect a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp from cavity 2 to B+.

Does the test lamp light?

Connect a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp form the right front power window motor connector cavity 1 to B+.

Does the test lamp light?

Replace the right front power window regulator. Refer to Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right front power window switch connector from cavity 5 to ground.
  2. Depress the right front window switch in the left front power window/door lock switch to the DOWN position.

Does the test lamp light?

Repair the open in the RED wire between the right front power window switch and the right front power window motor. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right front power window switch connector from cavity 2 to ground.
  2. Depress the right front window switch in the left front power window switch in the left front power window/door lock switch to the DOWN position.

Does the test lamp light?

Replace the right front power window switch. Refer to Front Side Door Window Switch Replacement .

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the left front power window/door lock switch connector from cavity 6 to ground.
  2. Depress the right front window switch to the DOWN position.

Does the test lamp light?

Repair the open in the GRN/BLK wire between the left front power window/door lock switch and the right front power window switch. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right front power window switch connector from cavity 3 to ground.
  2. Lift the right front window switch in the left front power window/door lock switch to the UP position.

Does the test lamp light?

Repair the open in the YEL wire between the right front power window switch and the right front power window motor. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right front power window switch connector from cavity 4 to ground.
  2. Lift the right front window switch in the left front power window/door lock switch to the UP position.

Does the test lamp light?

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the left front power window/door lock switch connector from cavity 7 to ground.
  2. Lift the right front window switch to the UP position.
