  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right rear power window motor connector from cavity 2 to ground.
  2. Depress the right rear remote power window switch to the DOWN position.

Does the test lamp light?

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right rear power window motor connector from cavity 1 to ground.
  2. Lift the right rear remote power window switch to the UP position.

Does the test lamp light?

  1. Disconnect the right rear power window motor connector.
  2. Connect a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp from cavity 2 to B+.

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right rear power window switch connector from cavity 5 to ground.
  2. Depress the right rear remote power window switch to the DOWN position.

Does the test lamp light?

Repair the open in the RED wire between the right rear power window switch and the right rear power window motor. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right rear power window switch connector from cavity 2 to ground.
  2. Depress the right rear remote power window switch to the DOWN position.

Repair the open in the BLU/WHT wire between the right rear remote power window switch and SP370. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

  1. Use a J 35616-200 unpowered test lamp in order to backprobe the right rear power window switch connector from cavity 3 to ground.
  2. Lift the right rear remote power window switch to the UP position.
