Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 352204 Size: SH
  2. Remove the screws and the door trim support bracket from the door.
  3. Peel the water deflector (1) away from the door.

    4. Object Number: 352210 Size: SH
  4. Remove the rear side door outside handle rod from the rear side door lock (4).
  5. Remove the front side door inside handle rod from the rear side door lock (4).
  6. Remove the rear side door lock rod from the door lock.
  7. Remove the 3 door lock screws.
  8. Remove the door lock (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 352210 Size: SH
  1. Install the door lock (4) to the door. Secure the door lock with the 3 screws.
  2. Install the rear side door lock knob lock rod to the door lock (4).
  3. Install the rear side door outside handle rod to the door lock (4).
  4. Install the rear side door inside handle rod to the door lock (4).
  5. Adjust the outside handle rod to door lock linkage distance to 0-2 mm (0.0-0.08 inch).

    6. Object Number: 352204 Size: SH
  6. Inspect for tears and holes in the water deflector (1).
  7. Use waterproof tape in order to repair both sides of the water deflector (1), as needed.
  8. Apply adhesive (2) to the back of the water deflector (1).
  9. Install the water deflector (1) to the door.
  10. Install the door trim support bracket to the door. Secure the bracket with the screws.
  11. Install the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
