Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement 4 Door

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 351400  Size: SH
  1. Remove the screw from the front seat belt trim bezel (3).

  2. Object Number: 351404  Size: SH
  3. Pull the rear quarter interior trim panel (1) from the vehicle, disengaging the plastic retainers.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 351404  Size: SH
  1. Install the rear quarter interior trim panel (1) to the vehicle by pressing the panel into place. Ensure that the plastic retainers are fully engaged.

  2. Object Number: 351400  Size: SH
  3. Install the front seat belt trim bezel (3) to the vehicle. Secure the bezel with the screw.

Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement 2 Door

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 520995  Size: SH
  1. Raise the rear seat cushion in order to gain access to the rear seat belt lower anchor bolt.
  2. Remove the folding top material. Refer to Folding Top Material Replacement in Roof.
  3. Remove the garnish moldings.
  4. Remove the rear seat belt lower anchor bolt (2).

  5. Object Number: 520984  Size: SH
  6. Remove the 2 screws and rubber stopper (1) from the vehicle.

  7. Object Number: 521002  Size: SH
  8. Remove the rear seat belt guide loop anchor bolt (1).

  9. Object Number: 521003  Size: SH
  10. Loosen the rear door opening weatherstrip.
  11. Remove the screw and rear seat belt retractor trim cover (1).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 521003  Size: SH
  1. Install the rear seat belt retractor trim cover (1) to the vehicle. Secure the trim cover with the screw.
  2. Install the rear door opening weatherstrip.

  3. Object Number: 521002  Size: SH
  4. Install the rear seat belt guide loop anchor bolt (1).
  5. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

    Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat belt guide loop anchor bolt to 46 N·m (33 lb ft).

  6. Install the rubber stopper (1) to the vehicle. Secure the stopper with the 2 screws.

  7. Object Number: 520995  Size: SH
  8. Install the rear seat belt lower anchor bolt (2).
  9. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat belt lower anchor bolt to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).

  10. Lower the rear seat .
  11. Install the garnish moldings.
  12. Install the folding top material. Refer to Folding Top Material Replacement in Roof.
