- Inspect the battery hydrometer. Refer to

- Remove the appropriate fuse(s) from the IP fuse block to prevent
the engine from starting:
• | Oldsmobile: INJ 1 and INJ 2 fuses. |
- Place the ignition switch in START for 15 seconds.
- Using a J 39200
digital multimeter (DMM), measure the voltage between the battery terminals.
Is the measured voltage greater than the specified value?
