Did you perform the Instrument Cluster Diagnostic System Check?

  1. Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
  2. Disconnect the remote indicator bank connector.
  3. Measure the voltage from the remote indicator bank connector terminal B4 to ground.

Is the voltage equal to the specified value?

10-15 V

Go to Step 4

Repair the open or short to ground in CKT 40 (ORN).

Did you complete the repair?

  1. Turn the ignition switch to RUN.
  2. Measure the voltage from the remote indicator bank connector terminal A1 to ground.

Does the voltage equal the specified value?

10-15 V

Go to Step 6

Repair the open or short to ground in CKT 39 (PNK).

Inspect the remote indicator bank connector for proper terminal contact.

Are the terminal contacts OK?
