Did you perform the Garage Door Opener System Check ?

Has the garage door opener (GDO) been programmed to the customers transmitter?

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 3

Program GDO to the customers transmitter. Refer to Garage Door Opener Programming - Universal .

Does the GDO operate the customers receiver?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 4

1. Ask the customer to retest the operation of the GDO transmitter.
2. if still inoperative call 1-800-355-3515 for further assistance.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Step 5

--

1. Make sure any components removed during diagnosis are installed in place and that all connectors are connected.
2. Repeat the system check. Refer to Garage Door Opener System Check .

Is the system check complete?

--

System OK
