Removal Procedure
  1. Close the sunroof.
  2. Remove the windshield side upper garnish moldings. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the sunroof sunshades. Refer to Sunroof Sunshade Replacement .
  4. Remove the sunroof control switch. Refer to Sunroof Switch Replacement .
  5. Remove the sunroof opening trim lace. Refer to Sunroof Opening Trim Finish Lace Replacement .

    6. Object Number: 280689 Size: MH
  6. Remove the lower headlining trim finish panel (5) as required.
  7. Disconnect the wire harness connectors from the express module.
  8. Remove the express module from the vehicle by sliding the express module towards the middle of the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 280689 Size: MH
  1. Install the express module into the vehicle by sliding the express module towards the left side of the vehicle.
  2. Connect the wire harness connectors to the express module.
  3. Install the sunroof opening trim lace. Refer to Sunroof Opening Trim Finish Lace Replacement .
  4. Install the sunroof control switch. Refer to Sunroof Switch Replacement .
  5. Install the sunroof sunshade. Refer to Sunroof Sunshade Replacement .
  6. Install the windshield side upper garnish moldings. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
