Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  2. Remove the tires and wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  3. Remove the stabilizer shaft links from the stabilizer shaft. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 1209600 Size: SH
  4. Remove the clamp bolts from the stabilizer shaft.
  5. Remove the stabilizer shaft from the rear suspension support.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1209600 Size: SH
  1. Install the stabilizer shaft to the rear suspension support.
  2. Install the stabilizer shaft clamps and bolts. Do not tighten the bolts at this time.
  3. Install the stabilizer shaft link to the stabilizer shaft. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Link Replacement.

    4. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Tighten the stabilizer shaft clamps and bolts to 51 N·m (38 lb ft).
  5. Install the tires and wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
