- Position the regulator
by the door.
- Connect the regulator motor to the door electrical harness.
- Thread the three regulator motor screws onto the regulator motor.
- Thread the top two bolts onto the regulator rail and also the
bottom front bolt.
- Position the regulator motor inside the door and hang it in the
key slots in the inner metal panel.
- Hang the regulator rail assembly into the key slots in the inner
panel.
- Install the fourth screw into the rail assembly.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the regulator
motor bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the window regulator motor bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
- Install the four regulator rail bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the four window regulator bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
- Remove the tape and lower
the window.
- Install the two window to the regulator bolts by lowering the
window far enough to gain access to the bolts through the door metal.
Tighten
Tighten the window to regulator bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
- Install the armrest bracket.
- Install the water deflector. Refer to

- Install the trim panel. Refer to
