- Close all the vehicle doors.
- Ensure the IP dimmer switch is in the OFF position.
- Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
- Open and then close all the vehicle doors. Perform this step one
door at a time.
Did the courtesy lamps turn ON with the door open and then OFF with
all the doors closed?

- Close all the vehicle doors.
- Start the engine.
- Press the brake pedal firmly and hold down.
- Shift the transaxle into DRIVE while observing the door locks.
- Press unlock on either door lock switch.
- Open the drivers door.
- Close the drivers door while observing the door locks.
- Press unlock on either door lock switch.
- Open a passengers door.
- Close the door while observing the door locks.
- Shift the transaxle into PARK.
- Stop the engine.
- Ensure the doors lock when closing the door while the transaxle
is out of PARK.

| Inspect the last door lock feature for a problem due to
