J 25034-C Pulley Remover

1. Remove the pump drive belt(s).
2. Remove the pump from the engine in order to gain tool clearance. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement .
3. Use the J 25034-C in order to remove the pulley from the pump.

Tools Required

J 25033-C Pulley Installer

1. Use the J 25033-C in order to install the pulley onto the pump.

1.1.	Hold the J 25033-C at the area indicated.

1.2.	Turn the J 25033-C at the area indicated.

2. Ensure that the axial tolerance of the pulley on the pump is within 0.25 mm (0.010 in), plus or minus.
3. Install the pump onto the engine. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement .
4. Install the pump drive belt(s).
5. Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
6. Inspect the system for leaks.
