Tools Required

1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
2. Remove the door control module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement - Front .
3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
4. Remove the garnish molding. Refer to Front Side Door Opening Frame Garnish Molding Replacement .
5. Remove the inner window belt molding. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
6. Remove the outer window belt molding. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
7. Remove the outside rear view mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .
8. Remove the window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
9. Remove the window weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
10. Remove the door frame applique. Refer to Front Door Frame Applique Replacement .
11. Remove the front power window module. Refer to Front Side Door Window Module Replacement .
12. Remove the outside door handle. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement .
13. Remove the door bottom auxiliary weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Bottom Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement .
14. Remove the door weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Weatherstrip Replacement .
15. Remove the upper auxiliary weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Upper Auxiliary Weatherstrip Replacement .



16. Disconnect the wiring harness clips from the inner door panel.
17. Remove the rubber conduit and the wiring harness from the door.
18. Remove the door check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement .
19. Remove all the plastic nuts and retainers from the door shell.
20. Remove the door. Refer to Door Removal - Front .
21. Remove the hinge half from the door. Refer to Front Side Door Hinge Replacement .

1. Install the hinge half to the door. Refer to Front Side Door Hinge Replacement .
2. Install the door. Refer to Door Removal - Front .
3. Install all the plastic nuts and retainers into the door shell that were removed during disassembly.
4. Install the door check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement .



5. Route the wiring harness and the conduit into the door.
6. Install the door wiring harness clips to the inner door panel.
7. Install the upper auxiliary weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Upper Auxiliary Weatherstrip Replacement .
8. Install the door weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Weatherstrip Replacement .
9. Install the door bottom auxiliary weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Bottom Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement .
10. Install the outside door handle. Refer to Front Side Door Outside Handle Replacement .
11. Install the front power window module. Refer to Front Side Door Window Module Replacement .
12. Install the door frame applique. Refer to Front Door Frame Applique Replacement .
13. Install the window weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
14. Install the window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
15. Install the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .
16. Install the outer window belt molding. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
17. Install the inner window belt molding. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
18. Adjust the door. Refer to Door Adjustment .
19. Touch up any paint damage to the hinge and fasteners with body color paint.
20. Adjust the window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Adjustment .
21. Install the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
22. Install the door control module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement - Front .
23. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
