Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 684403 Size: SH
  1. Remove the upper instrument panel trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the instrument panel end cap. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  3. Remove the air temperature sensor (1).

    4. Object Number: 493683 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C temperature sensors (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 493729 Size: SH
  1. Install the A/C temperature sensor (1).
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the A/C temperature sensor.
  3. Install the upper instrument panel trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  4. Install the instrument panel end cap. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement - Right Side in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
