Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front seat assembly. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the front seat cushion frame. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Frame Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 696763 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the motors.
  4. Remove the nut securing the motor bracket assembly to the seat adjuster in order to remove the drive cables.
  5. Partially withdraw the assembly from the adjuster. Partially withdraw the assembly from the gear nut drives.
  6. Remove the drive cables from the motors.
  7. Remove the motor bracket assembly (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 696763 Size: SH
  1. Secure the drive cables to the motor assembly.
  2. Position the motor bracket assembly (4) to the seat adjuster frame.
  3. Install the drive cables (1,2,3).
  4. Install the motor support bracket attachment nut (5).
  5. Connect the electrical connectors.
  6. Install the front seat cushion frame. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Frame Replacement .
  7. Install the front seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
  8. If the vehicle is equipped with memory seats, calibrate the seat. Refer to Memory Seat Calibration .
