Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 786882 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement .
  2. Remove the front bumper fascia, refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  3. Discharge the washer fluid to an adequate container.
  4. Disconnect the washer hose (1) quick connection (3) from the washer nozzle located at the outside corner of the washer fluid reservoir.
  5. Remove the left headlamp.
  6. Disconnect the connection between the headlamp washer hose quick connection and the headlamp washer nozzle under the headlamp base.

    7. Object Number: 1233321 Size: SH
  7. Disconnect the washer hose clips from the fascia.
  8. Remove the washer hose assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1233321 Size: SH
  1. Install the washer hose assembly to the vehicle.
  2. Secure the washer hose retainer to the main body electrical harness.
  3. Secure the headlamp washer hose quick connection to the two headlamp washer nozzles.

    4. Object Number: 786882 Size: SH
  4. Secure the washer hose quick connection to the headlamp washer fluid pump nozzle (1).
  5. Install the left front headlamp.
  6. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
  7. Install the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement .
  8. Fill the washer reservoir full with fluid.
  9. Verify the operation of the headlamp washer system.
