Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement.
2. Remove the front seat switch trim panel assembly. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement.
3. Remove the front seat trim panel. Refer to Front Seat Trim Panel Replacement.
4. Remove the front seat head restraint and head restraint guide bushes. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Replacement.
5. Remove the front seat side airbag. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Side Inflatable Restraint Module Replacement.
6. Remove front seat back cover, pad, heater and blower. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Back Ventilation Heating and Cooling Blower Replacement.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
30 N·m (22 lb ft)
