Blower Motor Replacement Left Hand Drive

1. Remove the right closeout insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side.
2. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.



3. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.



4. Disconnect the blower motor processor electrical connector.



5. Remove the screws (1) that retain the blower motor.



6. Remove the blower motor.

1. Install the blower motor.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




2. Install the blower motor screws (1).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).




3. Connect the blower motor processor electrical connector.



4. Connect the blower motor electrical connector.
5. Install the I/P compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.
6. Install the right closeout insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side.

Blower Motor Replacement Right Hand Drive

1. Remove the left closeout insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side.
2. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.



3. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.



4. Disconnect the blower motor processor electrical connector.



5. Remove the screws (1) that retain the blower motor.



6. Remove the blower motor.

1. Install the blower motor.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




2. Install the blower motor screws (1).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).




3. Connect the blower motor processor electrical connector.



4. Connect the blower motor electrical connector.
5. Install the I/P compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.
6. Install the left insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side.
