Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2005 🢒 STS 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Air Inlet Housing Front Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
  2. Remove the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
  3. Remove the air inlet grille panels (1,3). Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 776830 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector (4) from the windshield wiper motor.
  5. Remove the wiper motor module (6). Refer to Windshield Wiper System Module Replacement .

    6. Object Number: 1332265 Size: SH
  6. Remove the fasteners securing the panel assembly to the front of the dash.
  7. Remove the panel assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1332265 Size: SH
  1. Install the panel assembly for the front air inlet housing to the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the fasteners securing the panel assembly to the front of the dash.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the wiper motor module (6). Refer to Windshield Wiper System Module Replacement .
  4. Install the electrical connector (4) to the windshield wiper motor.
  5. Install the air inlet grille panels (1,3). Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
  6. Install the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
  7. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement .
