Removal Procedure

  1. Move the window to the full down position.
  2. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the door module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement .
  4. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  5. Remove the window inner belt molding. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  6. Remove the window garnish molding. Refer to Rear Door Opening Frame Garnish Molding Replacement .
  7. Remove the window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  8. Pull the window run channel out of the retainer.

  9. Object Number: 334532  Size: SH
  10. Remove the three stationary window fasteners.
  11. Remove the rear door stationary window from the door.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 334532  Size: SH
  1. Install the rear door stationary window into the door.
  2. Seat the stationary window against the door frame.
  3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  4. Install the three stationary window fasteners in sequence.
  5. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 5 N·m (44 lb in).

    • Top fastener first
    • Lower fastener second
    • Middle fastener last
  6. Install the run channel into the retainer starting at the center-pillar and working across the header.
  7. Working downward from the center-pillar install the rest of the run channel.
  8. Install the window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  9. Install the window garnish molding. Refer to Rear Door Opening Frame Garnish Molding Replacement .
  10. Install the window inner belt molding. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  11. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  12. Install the door module. Refer to Door Control Module Replacement .
  13. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
