Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2000 🢒 Astro - 2WD 🢒 Body and Accessories 🢒 Doors 🢒 Sliding Door Wiring Harness Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Remove the upper access cover (cargo van). Refer to Access Cover Replacement - Cargo Van Upper .
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector (5) from the lock assembly.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors (2) from the contact switch.
  6. Remove the harness clips from the door (4).

    7. Object Number: 324177 Size: SH
  7. Remove the wiring harness from the door (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 324177 Size: SH
  1. Install the wiring harness to the door (3).
  2. Install the harness clips to the door (4).
  3. Connect the electrical connectors to the contact switch (2).
  4. Connect the electrical connector (5) to the lock assembly.
  5. Install the upper access cover (cargo van). Refer to Access Cover Replacement - Cargo Van Upper .
  6. Install the water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  7. Install the trim panel Sliding Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
