  1. Turn the hazard flashers to ON.
  2. Observe the suspect stoplamps.

Do the stoplamps light?

  1. Disconnect the TCC/stoplamp switch.
  2. Connect a test lamp from the TCC/stoplamp switch CKT 140 (ORN) cavity B to ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Connect a fused jumper from the TCC/stoplamp switch CKT 17 (WHT) cavity A to CKT 140 (ORN) cavity B

Do the stoplamps light?

Go to Step 6

Locate and repair the open on CKT 140 (ORN) between the TCC/stoplamp switch and splice S201.

Is the repair complete?

Go to Exterior Lights System Check

Replace the TCC/stoplamp switch.

Is the repair complete?

Inspect for an open in CKT 17 (WHT) between the TCC/stoplamp switch and the turn/hazard switch.

Is the wiring OK?

Replace the turn/hazard switch.
