Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2003 🢒 Blazer - 4WD - RHD 🢒 HVAC 🢒 HVAC Systems - Automatic 🢒 Blower Motor Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front left fender. Refer to Front Fender Replacement - Left Side .
  2. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir. Refer to Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement .
  3. Remove the electrical connectors as necessary.

    4. Object Number: 406294 Size: SH

    Important: Cut as straight as possible as the access cover must be replaced and part of this repair is visible to the customer.

  4. Cut through the cover on the cut line with a razor blade or a sharp utility knife.
  5. Remove the access cover screws.
  6. Remove the cooling tube.
  7. Remove the wiring harness from the blower motor assembly.
  8. Remove the blower motor assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 406294 Size: SH
  1. Install the blower motor assembly.
  2. Install the wiring harness to the blower motor assembly.
  3. Install the cooling tube.
  4. Install the access cover.
  5. Install the blower motor access cover retaining screws.
  6. Install the coolant reservoir. Refer to Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement in Engine Cooling.
  7. Install the electrical connectors as necessary.
  8. Install the front left fender. Refer to Front Fender Replacement - Left Side .
