Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 623567 Size: SH
  1. Remove the radiator grille. Refer to Grille Replacement in Exterior Trim.
  2. Remove the clamp securing the filler hose to the solvent container.
  3. Remove the filler hose from the solvent container.
  4. Remove the filler hose from the neck assembly.
  5. Remove the neck assembly from the grille.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 623567 Size: SH
  1. Install the neck assembly in the grille.
  2. Install the filler hose to the solvent container with a hose clamp.
  3. Install the radiator grille. Refer to Grille Replacement in Exterior Trim.

    4. Ensure that the neck assembly fits into the filler hose.
