Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 404170 Size: SH
  1. Open the hood.

    2. Support the hood with a prop rod.

  2. Remove the grille by pulling it forward out of the radiator support.
  3. Disconnect the headlamp washer filler hose from the grille.
  4. Remove the headlamp washer filler neck assembly from the grille.
  5. Remove the park/turn signal bulb assembly from the lens.
  6. Remove the foglamp bulb assembly from the lens, if equipped.
  7. If replacing the grille, remove the park turn signal lamp/foglamp assembly from the grille. Refer to Front Parking and Turn Signal and Fog Lamp Assembly Replacement in Lighting Systems.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 404170 Size: SH
  1. If removed, install the park turn signal/fog lamp assembly to the grille. Refer to Front Parking and Turn Signal and Fog Lamp Assembly Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  2. Install the headlamp washer filler neck assembly in the grille.
  3. Install the foglamp bulb assembly to the lens, if removed.
  4. Install the park/turn signal bulb assembly to the lens.
  5. Connect the headlamp washer filler hose to the grille.
  6. Install the grille by carefully pushing the grille back into the radiator support.
  7. Close the hood.
